Forpeople Limited (Registered Office: 1 Pickle Mews, London, England, SW9 0FJ), (“we” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Schedule explains how we process the personal information we collect about you and what procedures we have in place to safeguard your privacy.
The personal information we collect and how we use it
We will use, store or otherwise process any of your personal information on behalf of CLIENT, including but not limited to, your name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, job title, date of birth, gender, age and any other personal information collected via your Contribution(s), telephone, e-mail, or otherwise made available to us by you.
You acknowledge that we may use and process the personal information that we collect:
a) for the purposes of the Project and
b) to meet our obligations under applicable law.
If you provide personal information of a third party you acknowledge that Forpeople may contact the third party using any contact details provided in order to comply with Forpeople’s obligations under applicable data protection law.
Grounds for processing
The legal basis for us processing the personal information will be: (i) your consent (or in the case of special categories of personal data, your explicit consent); (ii) for our legitimate business interests except where such interests are overridden by your interests and fundamental rights; (iii) for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject.
Disclosure of your personal information
You acknowledge that we may share your personal information in the following circumstances:
a) with any of our affiliates, agents, associates and services providers who we use to assist us in administering the Project. We will always take appropriate measures and meet our legal obligations to ensure that any personal information transferred to such third parties is kept securely;
b) where we are required to do so by law or regulation or as part of any investigation; and
c) with countries or territories outside of the EEA, subject to the existence of an adequacy decision or the appropriate safeguards, third party service providers, law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, fiscal or tax authorities or other relevant bodies.
Retention of personal information
We retain records in accordance with applicable law. All hard copy personal information will be destroyed securely after three (3) years from the completion date of the Project. We scan and retain all hard copy documentation within our data storage system for as long as we have a legitimate and lawful purpose for doing so. This may involve the use of electronic storage facilities.
Your rights in relation to your personal information
Under applicable data protection law, you have certain rights in relation to your personal information. You may:
a) check whether we hold and ask to see a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
b) under certain circumstances, ask us to rectify any inaccurate and/or complete any incomplete personal information we hold about you;
c) under certain circumstances, ask us to stop processing your personal information; and
d) under certain circumstances, ask us to erase your personal information.
